"Refund was sorted quicker than I expected"
I had to send a case back because I’d ordered the wrong one, which was totally my fault. The returns page was straightforward, and I got the label without having to mess around.

The refund showed up a few days after they received it, uh, so that was a nice surprise. Didn’t have to chase anyone or send extra emails, and I’d be happy to use them again

"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up quickly, and most of it was right, so that was good. One item was the wrong colour though — well, not totally wrong, just different from the one I picked. I still ended up using it, but it was a bit annoying because I wanted everything to match. Overall it was fine, I just wish they double-checked orders a little better before sending them out

"Cute stuff that instantly lifts my mood"
I’ve picked up a few things from Skinnydip London now, their designs always put me in a good mood. The phone cases and bags are really cute and playful without feeling too over the top.

I like that everything feels a bit different from what you see in the usual shops. The colours and quirky prints are fun, and they make even a plain outfit feel a bit more cheerful.

I’d definitely order again, especially on those days when I’m bored of basic stuff and want something that feels a little more bright and fun.

I found the bag I’d been looking for and it was actually in stock, which doesn’t seem to happen much lately. Checkout was simple, and I got the update quickly after that. Everything went fine, no issues with it.

"Survived all my clumsy moments"
I thought this thing was done for the first time I dropped it. Then I dropped it again... and again. It’s been knocked off my desk, slipped out of my hand, and even bounced off the floor once when I was rushing out the door. Somehow, it still looks and works totally fine. I expected it to give up way sooner, but it’s lasted way longer than I thought it would.

I found the Skinnydip London site really easy to browse, the categories made sense, I could find what I was looking for without getting annoyed, and checkout was straightforward too, although a few pages did take longer than I expected to load on my phone which was a bit frustrating, but overall it was still a good experience and I’d definitely use it again

"Fits way better than I thought it would"
I ordered from skinnydiplondon.com and was a little unsure about the sizing at first, but the whole experience was really smooth. I went with my usual size and it ended up fitting nicely, not too tight or awkward anywhere. The length was great too, which is something I always worry about. Really happy with it and I’d definitely order the same size again.

"Good value if you catch a sale"
I bought a phone case and a small bag from Skinnydip during a discount, i probably wouldn’t have gone for them at full price. The designs are cute and a bit more fun than the usual plain stuff, and the quality seems decent so far. I did feel a little uneasy after paying because the confirmation and delivery updates weren’t as quick as I expected, so for a moment I wasn’t fully sure everything was fine. The order did arrive in the end, just a few days later than I thought it would. I’d buy again, but only if there’s a good sale on.
